How fast can you respond?
For urgent cases (site down / hacked), I usually reply ASAP. For normal requests, same day or next day depending on workload.
What do you need from me to start?
A link to the site + what changed last (update/plugin/server/DNS). If you have it, add a screenshot or error message.
Do you work with WordPress and Drupal?
Yes — WordPress, Drupal, and VPS/server-side issues (SSL, DNS, redirects, mail, performance).
Can you fix hacked sites and malware?
Yes. Cleanup + hardening + backups + a “how it happened” note so it doesn’t repeat.
Do you offer refunds?
For small jobs: if I can’t reproduce the problem or deliver a clear plan, you don’t pay. For larger recoveries, it’s milestone-based.
How do payments work?
After we confirm the scope, I’ll send a simple invoice/payment link. For emergencies we can start first, then settle right after.
